Francis worked in AGN Shipleys until 1992 when
he left to join his late father’s business, Thomas B Hughes, which later
became Hughes Collett. Francis added to the firm’s
already substantial client base and built on the relationships his father
had established over many years
with
the firm’s
clients, resulting in a firm with significant trust and charity appointments,
as well as many business and personal tax clients.
